Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen's products, heritage, and brand narrative
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the concession
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized engagement and utilization of CRM and digital retail tools to strengthen loyalty
- Engage clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating genuine passion for the industry
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store-wide sales performance and KPIs
- Foster collaborative communication with team members, promote a positive working environment aligned with house values, and actively support store management with mentoring and buddying initiatives
- Maintain shopfloor standards, ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor, and adhere to visual merchandising and operational guidelines
- Participate in departmental clienteling initiatives and strengthen client loyalty through targeted engagement strategies
- Assist management with daily operations including floor management, stock operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
- Comply with company policies on grooming standards, inventory procedures, logistics, and all reporting activities required by head office
