Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
  • Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
  • Enhance client loyalty through participation in clienteling initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities as per company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

Skills

Excellent commercial awareness. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in selling techniques and overcoming objections. Customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
