Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with authoritative product and house-heritage knowledge.
- Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all in-store categories to maximise individual and store sales performance.
- Manage and nurture client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools to drive loyalty and long-term revenue.
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and financial targets through disciplined clienteling and consultative selling.
- Uphold shopfloor standards, visual merchandising directives and inventory procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a constructive team environment, share market insights and propose operational improvements.
- Participate in departmental or store clienteling initiatives and support promotional and CRM-driven activities.
- Comply with grooming standards, cash-handling protocols, reporting requirements and other head-office directives.
