Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with authoritative product and house-heritage knowledge.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all in-store categories to maximise individual and store sales performance.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools to drive loyalty and long-term revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and financial targets through disciplined clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Uphold shopfloor standards, visual merchandising directives and inventory procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a constructive team environment, share market insights and propose operational improvements.
  • Participate in departmental or store clienteling initiatives and support promotional and CRM-driven activities.
  • Comply with grooming standards, cash-handling protocols, reporting requirements and other head-office directives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer-service environment.
  • Documented ability to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Deep interest in luxury fashion, awareness of market and trend developments and familiarity with social media dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and proven selling skills, including objection handling.
  • Client-centric mindset with entrepreneurial drive and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages (~10 lbs) regularly.

Experience

Proven experience in a comparable client-facing role within luxury or fashion retail or a related customer service field, with a demonstrated history of exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; additional training or qualifications in retail, luxury brand management or related fields preferred.
