Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients in exceeding their needs while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and deep understanding of Alexander McQueen heritage and design philosophy
- Proactively identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in-store to maximize transaction value and client satisfaction
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships through personalized engagement and strategic use of CRM and digital tools to strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business
- Engage clients on contemporary fashion trends, luxury market developments, and industry innovations while demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury products
- Drive individual and store key performance indicators (KPIs) through disciplined sales execution and a commitment to exceeding assigned financial targets
- Foster collaborative communication with team members, promoting a positive work environment aligned with Alexander McQueen's core behavioural values of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness
- Actively seek and embrace feedback from colleagues and management, maintaining a learning mindset and continuously elevating professional capabilities
- Maintain shopfloor standards and optimal product presentation in strict accordance with house policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Strengthen client loyalty through active participation in departmental and store clienteling initiatives and relationship-building activities
- Assist store management with daily operational duties including floor management, stock operations, opening and closing procedures, and general administrative tasks
- Support management in team development activities including mentoring, buddying, and knowledge transfer with junior Client Advisors
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of company policies and provide guidance and support to other Client Advisors as needed
- Uphold Alexander McQueen grooming standards and brand appearance protocols in all client-facing interactions
- Execute company procedures concerning visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock management, cash handling, inventory control, and logistics
- Comply with all main reporting activities and company administrative requirements as directed by head office
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar senior or advisory role within luxury fashion retail or high-end customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to consistently drive and exceed individual and store KPIs
- Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends, luxury market developments, and social media landscape
- Team-player mentality with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse retail teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate brand values and product narratives
- Excellent selling skills with proven ability to handle client objections and close transactions

- Proficiency with digital retail tools and CRM platforms
