Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the retail commercial strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Monitor and analyse retail KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value, stock turnover) and translate insights into corrective action plans.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to store managers; act as the visible representative of management in stores.
  • Coach, develop and performance-manage store leadership to elevate clienteling, selling skills and service standards.
  • Coordinate stock allocation, local merchandising execution and in-store events with merchandising and visual teams.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards, product presentation and client experience across the area.
  • Drive initiatives to optimise workforce planning, stock management and loss-prevention practices.
  • Liaise with wholesale, e-commerce and headquarters to align local commercial activities and promotional calendars.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for multiple stores or a retail area.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet sales and KPI targets.
  • Leadership skills with experience coaching managers and building high-performing retail teams.
  • Analytical capability to interpret sales data and convert insights into operational plans.
