McQueen seeks Junior Legal Counsel in London to advise on commercial matters and support corporate governance within the Kering luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial matters including general commercial contracts, technology contracts, distribution agreements, e-commerce agreements, consumer law, advertising and marketing
- Coordinate corporate and corporate governance matters for the global group of companies
- Assist with real estate, construction, compliance and data protection matters
- Work collaboratively with the Legal Team to provide appropriate legal support across all business divisions
- Draft a wide variety of contracts and related legal documents
- Manage the contracts database and develop precedent agreements
- Conduct legal research on matters relevant to the business
Qualifications
- English qualified lawyer with 0–4 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience working in a corporate or commercial legal team
- Experience of real estate and/or data protection (desirable)
- Excellent private practice training with in-house legal team experience (desirable)
- Exceptional drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all seniority levels, both verbally and in writing
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion

0–4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate or commercial legal environment. Candidates with private practice training transitioning to in-house legal work are encouraged to apply.
Education
Qualified English lawyer (solicitor or barrister with completed professional qualification).
