Role & Responsibilities
- Identify modifications, improvements, and technical specifications between sample development and industrialization phases
- Liaise with external suppliers, providing technical specifications, finishing guidelines, and construction details
- Prepare and maintain technical product specification sheets based on development team and supplier input
- Organize and coordinate production fitting sessions, including scheduling and sequence planning
- Document industrialization notes during production fittings and prototype reviews
- Identify technical issues during industrialization and propose corrective solutions
- Verify accuracy of technical specification sheets sent to external suppliers, including material specifications and size specifications
- Monitor production trial launches and coordinate with external laboratories to ensure timely completion and reporting
- Verify correct execution of production trials and update related reporting documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports on industrialization activities
Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles with consolidated technical knowledge of ready-to-wear product construction
- Comprehensive understanding of garment production and construction processes
- Fluent English and Italian language proficiency

- Curious, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage tight deadlines
