Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead HR cost budget submissions and actuals for UK and EMEA regions, ensuring complete and accurate capture of all cost movements
  • Coordinate global HR cost submissions and produce consolidated reporting including variance analysis, bridges and commentary
  • Communicate planning requirements and deadlines to global HR teams with clarity and precision
  • Perform central controlling checks and data validation to ensure HR cost data completeness and accuracy
  • Manage monthly HR actuals reporting, identify variances and prepare accruals or reversals as required
  • Oversee the HR actual cost closing process and submit final reporting to Kering Group
  • Reconcile HR system data with Finance data and resolve discrepancies to ensure structural consistency
  • Maintain financial organisations within HR systems including cost centres, store codes and analytical structures
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance Controlling teams to analyse HR cost trends and develop workforce insights
  • Support enhancements to HR controlling tools and systems and deliver training to the global HR community
  • Provide ad-hoc reports, analysis and financial modelling to support business decisions
  • Ensure high standards of HR data accuracy in Workday through regular data audits and data governance support
  • Act as the Workday Champion, delivering training, guidance and updates to the global HR community
  • Support organisation and maintenance of Workday data structures including supervisory organisations and role assignments
  • Communicate Workday enhancements and process updates to the global HR team
  • Provide support on global reward programmes, policies and projects, addressing employee and HR queries
  • Contribute to the annual compensation review by preparing data analysis, insights and Workday compensation support
  • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using the KornFerry Hay methodology
  • Participate in benchmarking data surveys and analyse results to identify alignment or adjustment opportunities
  • Administer the global Clothing Allowance and Staff Discount Policy, including associated queries and processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Cost Controlling and/or Reward management, preferably in a global and/or luxury retail environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with ability to work quickly and accurately with large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Good knowledge of Workday processes; experience with HRIS or controlling systems beneficial
  • Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance or a related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and cost centre or P&L concepts
  • Knowledge of HR, reward and payroll processes advantageous
