Alexander McQueen, Turin: Part-time Client Advisor (24 hrs/week) to drive luxury retail excellence and KPI achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the core McQueen behaviours of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness in all client and colleague interactions
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening attentively, and exceeding client needs through comprehensive product knowledge and deep understanding of McQueen heritage
- Engage clients in conversations regarding fashion trends and luxury market developments, communicating genuine passion for luxury products
- Foster open and constructive collaboration with team members, proposing effective solutions when needed
- Maintain visual product displays in strict accordance with McQueen visual merchandising standards
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor and contribute to store maintenance in line with corporate policies
- Uphold McQueen grooming and appearance standards at all times
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to overall store success
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches supported by CRM and digital tools
- Participate in departmental and store clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty
- Maintain current knowledge of product, sales techniques, client services, and company policies
- Handle products with the highest level of care and respect
- Ensure strict compliance with company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and all reporting activities required by head office
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a comparable retail role within luxury fashion companies
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs
- Excellent commercial awareness and acumen
- Strong team-player mentality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient selling skills with proven ability to overcome objections
- Customer-centric approach combined with entrepreneurial spirit
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
- Solid luxury product knowledge
