Alexander McQueen is hiring a Client Advisor in Tianjin — deliver luxury clienteling, sales and visual merchandising for the Tianjin boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients; translate client needs into personalised product recommendations.
- Demonstrate exhaustive knowledge of the product range and brand heritage; contextualise pieces within current fashion and luxury-market trends.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising in accordance with AMQ visual standards to preserve boutique aesthetics and brand integrity.
- Ensure the selling floor and store facilities are maintained to company standards and that all displays, signage and product presentation are compliant with policies.
- Adhere to the brand dress code and embody the maison’s client-facing values at all times.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall commercial performance of the boutique.
- Maximise revenue through cross-selling across all available product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to grow lifetime value and loyalty.
- Support and participate in department-store or in-store client acquisition and retention initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Continuously update product knowledge, selling techniques and awareness of company policies and procedures.
- Follow operational, inventory and financial procedures, including stock control, logistics and point-of-sale governance.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the luxury or fashion retail sector.
- Commercially driven with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client service orientation with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury product landscape and brand positioning.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is required, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships through CRM tools. Experience with visual merchandising and store operational procedures is preferred.
