Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing an in-depth understanding of products and brand heritage.
  • Communicate fashion trends and developments in the luxury market to clients, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Execute visual merchandising according to AMQ visual standards.
  • Ensure store facilities maintenance and product presentation on the sales floor comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to brand dress code requirements.
  • Exceed personal sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success.
  • Utilize all product categories available in the store for cross-selling.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships supported by CRM and digital tools.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by participating in department store or store client promotion programs.
  • Continuously strive to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with company procedures in operational guidelines and inventory management, executing all tasks related to finance, inventory, logistics, and company requirements under company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury or fashion industry sales.

Skills

Sales results-oriented with excellent commercial awareness. Teamwork and customer service orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of luxury goods.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury or fashion industry sales is required.
