Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, and assisting customers with deep knowledge of product, brand heritage, and artisanal craftsmanship
  • Articulate fashion trends and luxury market developments to clients, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods
  • Execute visual merchandising and product displays according to Alexander McQueen visual standards
  • Maintain store facilities and ensure product presentation compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to brand dress code requirements and serve as the visible embodiment of brand values
