Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients while demonstrating comprehensive product and brand heritage knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and maximising revenue across product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using a customised approach supported by CRM and digital tools; participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen loyalty.
- Contribute to the store’s visual merchandising in accordance with brand standards and ensure the sales floor is stocked and presentation-ready.
- Operate with meticulous care for product handling and follow company operational guidelines for stock procedures, cash activity, inventory and reporting.
- Foster collaborative communication within the team, propose solutions when needed and uphold company grooming and conduct standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within fashion retail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong selling skills with ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player mentality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.

Experience
Proven, demonstrable experience in a similar retail client advisor or sales assistant role within the fashion or luxury sector; track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
