McQueen Client Advisor position in Sanremo, Italy. Luxury retail sales role seeking experienced advisor to deliver premium shopping experiences and drive sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive greeting, active listening, and personalized assistance that exceeds expectations
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of McQueen products, design heritage, and brand history to inform client consultations
  • Engage clients in informed discussions on fashion trends and luxury market developments, conveying authentic passion for the brand
  • Execute proactive cross-selling strategies across all product categories to maximize transaction value and contribute to store financial targets
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships through customized approaches supported by CRM and digital tools
  • Participate actively in clientelling initiatives and store loyalty programs to strengthen brand advocacy
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure appropriate stock levels on the sales floor in compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members, employing constructive communication and proposing effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and reporting requirements
  • Consistently maintain professional grooming and appearance standards in line with McQueen brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion retail
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Strong selling skills with the capacity to navigate client objections and close transactions
  • Luxury product knowledge and understanding of premium market positioning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
