McQueen Client Advisor position in Rome—luxury retail sales role focused on personalized client experience, KPI achievement, and brand loyalty development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experience through attentive greeting, consultative listening, and needs-based product assistance, leveraging extensive product knowledge and McQueen heritage expertise
  • Engage clients in discussions on fashion trends and luxury market developments, communicating genuine passion for the brand and its creative vision
  • Maintain collaborative communication with team members, proposing constructive solutions and contributing to a positive store environment
  • Contribute to visual merchandising displays in compliance with McQueen visual standards and corporate guidelines
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels, product condition, and store maintenance in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Uphold McQueen grooming and presentation standards consistently
  • Drive individual and store financial targets through proactive sales performance and strategic cross-selling across all product categories
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through customized approaches, utilizing CRM platforms and digital engagement tools
