Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury service by greeting, listening to and advising clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge and familiarity with McQueen heritage.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through bespoke service and clientelling initiatives, using CRM and digital tools to nurture loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and presentation in accordance with House procedures.
- Execute operational tasks including cash activity, inventory processes, stock procedures and required reporting for head office.
- Collaborate constructively with team members, promote positive workplace behaviours and embrace feedback for continuous development.
- Stay current on fashion trends and the luxury market to engage clients knowledgeably and represent the brand with passion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service environments.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and luxury market dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Client-centric mindset with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and remain mobile for extended periods.

Experience
Proven retail or customer-service experience in fashion or luxury goods, with demonstrable success in driving personal sales and contributing to store KPIs.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous.
