Role & Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for the industry.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to McQueen standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
