Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients whilst demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen products, design heritage, and brand history
  • Proactively identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to maximize transaction value and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain exclusive client relationships through personalized engagement and strategic use of CRM and digital retail tools to strengthen loyalty and repeat business
  • Engage clients in informed dialogue about fashion trends, luxury market developments, and contemporary design movements, demonstrating genuine passion for the sector
  • Drive individual and store financial targets whilst maintaining accountability for KPIs through consistent sales performance and operational excellence
  • Foster collaborative teamwork by maintaining open communication with colleagues, actively contributing to a positive working environment aligned with Alexander McQueen's core behaviours of empowerment, respect, and kindness
  • Actively seek and embrace constructive feedback from colleagues and management to support continuous professional development and skill refinement
  • Maintain rigorous shopfloor standards through proper product presentation, stock management, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and House policies
  • Strengthen client loyalty by participating in departmental and store clienteling initiatives and community-building activities
  • Uphold Alexander McQueen grooming and appearance standards, ensuring presentation aligns with luxury brand expectations and House policies
  • Execute all company procedures regarding visual merchandising, cash handling, inventory management, logistics coordination, and reporting requirements with consistency and attention to detail

  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion retail or high-end customer service environments
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently drive and exceed individual and store KPIs in a sales-focused setting
  • Genuine passion for fashion with active engagement in industry trends, news, and luxury market developments
  • Strong collaborative spirit and team-player mentality with ability to build positive relationships across all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling clear, professional interaction with diverse clientele and colleagues
  • Advanced selling skills with proven ability to overcome objections and close transactions

Experience
