Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences by greeting, listening and advising clients with authoritative product knowledge and awareness of the House’s heritage.
- Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools to drive client loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments to position product relevance and enhance brand affinity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment, share best practice and propose constructive solutions in line with House behaviours.
- Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising and appropriate stock levels in accordance with company procedures.
- Comply with operational guidelines including cash handling, inventory, logistics and required reporting to head office.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and departmental events to strengthen client engagement and contribute to store performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer-service environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through effective selling and client management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury sector, with up-to-date knowledge of market and social media trends.
- Team-player with the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Comfortable using CRM and other digital retail tools; aptitude for clienteling and data-driven client management.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb ladders and lift light packages regularly.

Experience
Proven experience in fashion retail or a customer service role with documented success meeting sales targets and KPIs; prior exposure to luxury product environments and clienteling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in fashion, luxury retail or sales is advantageous.
