McQueen Client Advisor, 6-month contract at Harrods London. Luxury retail role focusing on premium client experience and KPI-driven sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience through attentive greeting, listening, and assistance, demonstrating comprehensive product and brand heritage knowledge
  • Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store
  • Build, maintain, and develop client relationships through personalized engagement strategies and CRM digital tools to strengthen loyalty
  • Participate actively in departmental and store clienteling initiatives to enhance client retention
  • Engage clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments while demonstrating genuine passion for the industry
  • Drive individual financial targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to overall store success
  • Foster collaborative communication with team members, proposing effective solutions and promoting a positive work environment aligned with house values
  • Seek and embrace feedback from colleagues and management as part of a continual learning approach
  • Maintain shopfloor standards, product levels, and visual merchandising in line with house policies and training provided

  • Execute company policies and procedures with proactive compliance across operational guidelines, inventory, logistics, and all head office reporting requirements
