Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients while demonstrating excellent knowledge of McQueen products, history, and heritage
  • Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities across all available product categories in the store
  • Recruit, maintain, and develop client relationships through customized approaches supported by CRM and digital tools
  • Strengthen client loyalty by participating in department and store clienteling initiatives
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Drive individual financial targets and maximize sales performance to contribute to overall store success
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment aligned with company values
