McQueen seeks a Client Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term on Bond Street, London — deliver exceptional luxury client service and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients with authoritative product and brand knowledge.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to maximise individual and store sales performance.
  • Recruit, maintain and develop client relationships through bespoke servicing and the effective use of CRM and digital tools.
  • Participate in departmental and store clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and financial targets, contributing to overall store success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive working environment aligned with House behaviours and propose solutions to operational challenges.
  • Maintain shopfloor standards and merchandising levels, following company visual merchandising and operational guidelines.
  • Execute stock procedures, cash activity, inventory control and required reporting accurately and in compliance with head office policies.
  • Adhere to Company grooming and presentation standards at all times.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer-service environment with responsibility for client development.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, luxury market trends and social media dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to be mobile for extended periods.

Experience
