Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with expert product knowledge and an understanding of the house’s heritage.
  • Prospect, recruit and nurture client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools to maximise loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across all in‑store product categories to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Represent the brand in clienteling initiatives and departmental events to strengthen loyalty and drive traffic.
  • Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock procedures and accurate reporting in line with company policies.
  • Comply with cash handling, inventory and logistical procedures and support head office reporting requirements.
  • Foster collaborative teamwork, promote a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to McQueen grooming and presentation standards while remaining mobile and serviceable on the shop floor for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client advisor, sales assistant or comparable customer‑facing role within fashion retail or luxury service environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales KPIs.
  • Deep interest in fashion and the luxury market, with awareness of current trends and social media dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong consultative selling ability and objection handling.
  • Client‑centric mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM and other digital retail tools to manage client relationships.
