McQueen seeks a Client Advisor (10-month FTC) for its Harrods concession in London. Deliver luxury clienteling and exceed sales KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product ranges and McQueen heritage.
  • Own client relationships through proactive clienteling: recruit, maintain and develop clients using bespoke approaches supported by CRM and digital retail tools.
  • Maximise sales through personalised service and cross-selling across all available product categories to achieve and exceed individual KPIs and financial targets.
  • Participate in department/store clienteling initiatives and contribute to broader store performance and loyalty-building activities.
  • Maintain shopfloor standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and stock levels in accordance with House policies and operational procedures.
  • Execute cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting duties as required by head office, ensuring strict compliance with company procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by communicating constructively, proposing solutions and modelling the House behaviours (Empower, Teamwork, Respect, Kindness).
  • Commit to continual learning by seeking feedback and utilising training resources to strengthen product knowledge and service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within fashion retail or a customer-service environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs through effective selling and clienteling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and remain mobile for extended periods.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry and luxury market trends.
  • Ability to use CRM and digital retail tools and to apply visual merchandising and stock-management procedures.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with responsibility for client relationships and sales targets; evidence of driving and exceeding individual KPIs is required.
