  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by proactively greeting, listening to and advising clients across the full buying journey.
  • Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of the collection, Alexander McQueen heritage and broader luxury fashion trends to inform client recommendations.
  • Drive sales performance by pursuing individual financial targets, leveraging cross-selling opportunities across product categories and maximising conversion.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through a tailored approach supported by CRM and digital tools; participate in clientelling and loyalty initiatives.
  • Contribute to the store’s visual presentation in line with Alexander McQueen merchandising standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
  • Ensure operational excellence by following company procedures for stock, inventory, cash handling, reporting and general store maintenance.
  • Model company grooming and behavioural standards, and work collaboratively with colleagues to propose solutions and support team objectives.
