Alexander McQueen is hiring a Client Advisor in Hangzhou to deliver luxury client experiences and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, fully personalized client experience through professional greetings, active listening and tailored recommendations across the buying journey.
  • Present and explain product attributes, craftsmanship, and the brand’s heritage and trends to educate and inspire clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising for the sales floor in accordance with AMQ visual standards and ensure all product displays meet brand guidelines.
  • Maintain the sales floor and in‑store facilities to company standards; ensure compliance with operational, inventory and security procedures.
  • Adhere to the brand’s dress code and professional appearance standards while representing the maison at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance through proactive selling and cross‑selling across all product categories.
  • Develop and grow client relationships using CRM and digital tools; participate in store and department customer engagement or promotion programmes to enhance loyalty.
  • Remain continuously up to date on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service best practices and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience within the luxury or fashion sector.
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness with a results‑driven approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused retail environment.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury product categories and fashion market trends.
