Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
  • Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store success.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to company grooming and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion retail or customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Team-player mentality.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective selling skills and ability to overcome objections. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends. Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
