Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients with deep product and brand knowledge.
  • Drive individual sales and exceed KPIs through proactive cross‑selling across all product categories and maximising conversion on the salesfloor.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using a bespoke approach supported by CRM and digital clienteling tools.
  • Participate in store and departmental clienteling initiatives and contribute to loyalty and retention strategies.
  • Maintain impeccable shopfloor standards and visual merchandising in line with house guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Execute cash, inventory and stock procedures accurately and produce required reporting to head office when requested.

Qualifications

  • Strong selling skills, ability to overcome objections and close at luxury price points.
