Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional greeting, active listening and needs‑based advisory across the full buying journey.
- Present and interpret collections with authoritative product knowledge, including brand history and craftsmanship, to inform clients' purchases.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation aligned with AMQ visual standards and maintain salesfloor presentation and store facilities.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store targets through proactive selling, cross‑selling and upselling across product categories.
- Develop and nurture client relationships using CRM and available digital tools to build loyalty and support post‑sale service (returns, exchanges).
- Comply with company policies and procedures across operations, inventory management, financial controls and loss prevention.
- Remain current on product knowledge, market trends and selling techniques through ongoing learning and participation in promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the luxury or fashion sectors.
- Commercially oriented with demonstrable ability to achieve sales results and strong business awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client‑centric service mindset.
- Collaborative team player who can adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of luxury product categories and contemporary fashion trends.

Experience
Experience selling in the luxury or fashion retail environment is required; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, hospitality or luxury sales training is advantageous.
