Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with deep product and brand knowledge.

  • Proactively identify and execute cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories to maximise individual and store sales performance and meet KPIs.

  • Uphold shopfloor presentation and visual merchandising standards, execute stock procedures, cash handling and regular reporting activities in line with company policies.

  • Maintain professional grooming and presentation consistent with brand standards and embrace continual learning through feedback from colleagues and management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client‑facing role within fashion retail or a related customer service environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive and consistently exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, awareness of luxury market trends and engagement with social media and industry news.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong selling abilities and objection‑handling techniques.
