Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with authoritative product knowledge and awareness of the House’s heritage.
- Own and develop client relationships through bespoke service and the active use of CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty and lifetime value.
- Proactively identify and convert cross‑selling opportunities across categories to meet and exceed individual KPI and sales targets.
- Execute clienteling initiatives and participate in store/department programmes to cultivate repeat business and VIP engagement.
- Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and presentation in accordance with Company procedures and merchandising directives.
- Perform operational responsibilities including cash activity, inventory control, logistics and regular reporting to head office, ensuring full compliance with policies.
- Foster collaborative teamwork, constructive communication and a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Sustain a continual learning mindset by seeking feedback and engaging with product and sales training resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within fashion retail or a customer service environment.
- Documented ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and client development.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the luxury market, with an up‑to‑date awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrable team‑player mentality.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to address objections and close transactions.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital retail tools to manage client portfolios and sales activity.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and regularly lift packages up to 10 lbs.
- Adherence to Company grooming standards and professional presentation.
