McQueen seeks a full-time Client Advisor in Bicester, UK — deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets for the house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients with authoritative product and brand knowledge.
- Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed individual KPIs.
- Recruit, maintain and develop client relationships using a tailor-made approach supported by CRM and digital retail tools.
- Participate in store and department clienteling initiatives to strengthen long-term client loyalty.
- Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising and appropriate stock levels in accordance with House policies.
- Execute operational tasks including cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting requested by head office.
- Foster open, constructive communication within the team and promote a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Continuously develop product, market and selling skills by embracing feedback and company training resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer service-related environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs through effective selling and clienteling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Genuine interest in fashion, luxury market trends and an understanding of the House heritage.
- Team-player mentality and an entrepreneurial, client-centric mindset.
Skills
Experience
Proven hands-on experience in luxury or premium fashion retail or a customer-facing sales role, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal retail/luxury sales education preferred.
