Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience on the sales floor, demonstrating deep product knowledge and house heritage.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all product categories to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools; execute clienteling initiatives to strengthen loyalty.
  • Stay informed on fashion and luxury market trends and communicate their relevance to clients.
  • Maintain shopfloor standards, visual merchandising and stock levels in accordance with House policies and operational guidelines.
  • Comply with cash handling, inventory, logistics and reporting procedures as required by head office.
  • Foster open, constructive teamwork and promote a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours.
  • Embrace continual learning through feedback, training resources and peer collaboration.
