Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, actively listen to and assist clients to deliver an exceptional, personalised purchasing experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate the brand’s history, craftsmanship and seasonal narrative.
- Present and maintain merchandise according to Alexander McQueen (AMQ) visual standards and ensure the selling floor remains impeccable and compliant with company procedures.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through proactive selling, cross-selling across product categories and participation in promotional initiatives.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to grow loyalty and lifetime value.
- Adhere to company policies for inventory, financial controls, store operations and brand dress code.
- Continuously update product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service skills to remain current with fashion and luxury market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Commercially driven with strong sales orientation and excellent business awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and trends.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail sales is required, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
