Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening to, and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen products, history, and heritage
  • Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through a customised approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools to strengthen client loyalty and engagement
  • Engage clients on current trends in fashion and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Drive to exceed individual financial targets and maximise personal sales performance whilst contributing to overall store success
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions to support a positive working environment
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management

  • Execute company procedures and guidelines regarding visual merchandising, operational protocols, stock management, cash handling, inventory control, logistics, and reporting activities
