Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain automatic cutting systems (Lectra) to ensure optimal functionality and operational efficiency
- Optimize pattern placement on fabrics to maximize material utilization and reduce waste
- Execute fabric cutting operations in compliance with quality standards and technical specifications
- Conduct quality inspections on cut pieces, verify conformity to brand standards, and report anomalies or defects
- Monitor and manage fabric consumption and material efficiency throughout the cutting process
Qualifications

- Proven experience in fabric cutting, both automatic and manual techniques
- Proficiency with cutting equipment, including automatic Lectra machines, bindella cutters, and scissors

Skills
Experience
Experience in fabric cutting operations, including both automatic and manual techniques; familiarity with luxury garment production environments is advantageous. Prior exposure to Lectra systems or equivalent automated cutting technology is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or vocational training in textile, garment production, or related manufacturing discipline is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Novara, Piedmont, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,754 per annum.
