Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the store strategy and vision to achieve financial targets, maximize sales and grow market share for the Madison Avenue flagship.
  • Drive client development and retention through high-touch service, private appointments, CRM data capture and personalised after-sales experiences.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the store team; conduct performance reviews, monthly coaching sessions and build a local talent pipeline.
  • Manage store operations including budgets, payroll submission, inventory reconciliations, loss prevention audits and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, incoming/outgoing merchandise logistics, borrow/consignment programmes and organisation of front- and back-of-house assets.
  • Analyse store performance and propose actionable improvement plans; translate KPIs into team objectives and measurable targets.
  • Represent the brand within the local market, drive footfall through community outreach and events, and support omni-channel awareness and digital clienteling.

Qualifications

  • Significant sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service-related industry with proven ability to drive store performance.
