Mayors seeks a full-time, permanent Sales Associate for its International Plaza showroom in Tampa. The role focuses on building client relationships, delivering memorable service, and sharing expertise in timepieces and/or jewelry; schedule flexibility is required for evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make clients’ needs the primary focus.
- Build client relationships by listening to clients, anticipating their needs and taking personal responsibility for their requests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and stay up to date on new product introductions.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable client service.
- Demonstrate a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry through storytelling and hospitality.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
