Mayors is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for its Mall at Millenia showroom in Orlando. The role focuses on building client relationships, product knowledge and memorable service through storytelling and hospitality; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make clients’ needs the primary focus.
- Build client relationships, listen to clients to anticipate their needs, and take personal responsibility for their requests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of merchandise and stay up to date on new product introductions.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable service through storytelling and hospitality, demonstrating a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Remain flexible and available to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy.
