The Rolex Manager oversees the Rolex experience at Mayors’ WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations, improving the in-showroom, online and follow-up client journey in collaboration with showroom management and Rolex. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Rolex experience at WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations.
- Continuously improve clients’ in-showroom, online and follow-up experiences.
- Work with showroom management and Rolex to determine the resources, programs and expectations needed to create a dynamic, seamless Rolex client journey.
- Accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
