Mayors is hiring a permanent, full-time Client Experience Host in Boca Raton to deliver world-class client experiences through exceptional hospitality, maintain experience stations, and support Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room. The role requires schedule flexibility for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience to all clients through professional conduct and engaging communication.
- Facilitate distinctive, engaging client experiences using creative research and exceptional hospitality.
- Keep client experience stations well stocked and maintained.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a polished presentation and a positive, proactive attitude with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain schedule flexibility and availability for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred.
