Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience to all clients through professional conduct and effective engagement.
- Facilitate unique, engaging client experiences through creative research and exceptional hospitality.
- Keep all client experience stations stocked and maintained.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred.
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Able to stand for long periods.
