Max Mara seeks a Warehouse Associate for a seasonal three-month summer contract (June–August) at its flagship Rome store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support logistical operations and merchandise flow management between sales floor and warehouse storage areas
- Execute inventory receipt, organization, and distribution tasks according to company protocols and store guidelines
- Operate internal logistics technology systems and digital warehouse tools
- Maintain organized storage spaces and manage time efficiently across assigned areas
- Collaborate effectively with retail and operations teams to support sales objectives
- Complete induction training in-store and online to develop operational competencies
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of prior experience in warehouse, stock, or logistics roles
- Proficiency with digital tools and logistical systems
