Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales and revenue whilst maintaining corporate standards through leadership, motivation, and development of floor staff
- Uphold brand identity and deliver exceptional customer service standards oriented towards customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor store performance through continuous KPI analysis at both individual and store level, working towards targets set by Retail Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and train the team in alignment with corporate values, leveraging the potential of each team member whilst ensuring clear internal communication
- Organize staff scheduling and plan store operations and activities based on point-of-sale needs, optimizing task distribution and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
- Prior managerial experience within structured fashion companies
