Weekend by Max Mara seeks a Stockist in London to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper storage of merchandise to minimize damage and ensure product integrity
- Manage courier arrivals and incoming deliveries, coordinating logistics with external partners
- Prepare and pack goods for shipment, creating packaging documentation and shipping labels
- Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and report any discrepancies to relevant departments
- Inspect merchandise for defects or damage and escalate issues to management
- Train and develop back-office team members to ensure role coverage and operational continuity
- Execute customer service fulfillment activities and special orders outside standard retail operations
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and system reconciliation
