Max Mara seeks a dynamic Sales Assistant fluent in Chinese to join the Taormina boutique team. The role offers on-site and digital training in sales and product expertise, with opportunities for career progression within the Max Mara Fashion Group. The position involves supporting retail operations, styling customers, and achieving sales objectives in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling guidance to clients in Italian and Chinese
- Execute sales transactions and maintain point-of-sale proficiency
- Develop product knowledge and maintain awareness of seasonal collections
- Collaborate on retail project management and store operations
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising initiatives
- Build client relationships through empathetic and engaging interactions with guests of diverse nationalities
Qualifications
- Fluent Chinese language proficiency (mandatory)
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (mandatory)
