Max Mara seeks a Sales Assistant for its Milan flagship store to deliver an excellent customer experience, support styling and storytelling, and contribute to individual and team results. The position applies the DMO (Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata), Commercio (FederDistribuzione) collective agreement, with gross annual pay from the first-level minimum of €35,500; the specific salary depends on skills, experience, qualifications and gender-neutral internal equity criteria.
