Weekend by Max Mara Sales Assistant opportunity in Lecce, Italy. Fixed-term role for experienced fashion retail professionals with English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales services and personalized styling guidance to international clientele across diverse backgrounds
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate inventory management within the boutique
- Develop and expand product knowledge across Weekend by Max Mara collections through structured training initiatives
- Collaborate with the retail team on seasonal projects and visual merchandising initiatives
- Demonstrate proactive engagement in a fashion-forward, digitally-integrated retail environment
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in personal presentation and client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a sales professional in the fashion apparel or luxury retail sector
- Advanced fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for styling and keen eye for aesthetic detail
- Strong client-centric orientation with empathetic interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve sales targets

Skills
Experience
3+ years of experience as a sales professional in fashion retail or client-facing roles, with demonstrated expertise in apparel sales and customer engagement.
Education
