Max Mara Fashion Group seeks Sales Assistant in Brescia. Retail role with English required, training provided, employee discounts & corporate welfare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support to clients across diverse nationalities with empathy and sophisticated styling recommendations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and deep product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to elevate the brand experience
- Participate in in-store and online training programs to develop technical product and sales competencies
- Collaborate with team members on retail projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Support inventory management, point-of-sale operations, and customer relationship building
Qualifications
- Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Prior retail experience or demonstrated customer-facing expertise
- Strong styling sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and drive sales outcomes

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred; entry-level candidates with demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education (diploma di scuola superiore) or equivalent; additional training in fashion, retail management, or luxury goods is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Brescia, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
